Specimen text is processed in your browser. Saved fonts and comparisons are kept in this browser as font IDs only.
Your specimen text and search terms
Search, specimen and comparison text is processed in your browser. KoreaFonts does not send this text to a server or an external recommendation or analytics service, or store it. Comparison links contain selected font IDs rather than your text.
Loading a preview requests the selected font file from its delivery host. The request does not include the specimen text.
What is saved in this browser
Saved fonts
The IDs of bookmarked fonts are saved in browser localStorage. They are not synchronized with an account or another device.
Comparison selection
Up to four font IDs are saved for comparison. If browser storage is blocked, selections are kept only for the current page.
These selections can remain until you clear them or your browser removes site data. This button clears only this site's saved fonts and comparison selection. It does not delete downloaded font files or another site's data.
Page and font file requests
Reading pages and public catalog data or loading a font file makes requests to the service and delivery hosts. Ordinary request information can include an IP address, the requested URL and browser information.
Webfonts can be delivered by jsDelivr; original downloads can be delivered by GitHub and its raw file host. Opening a publisher site or GitHub issue is subject to that service's policies. Check each host's notice for its handling and retention practices.
Current service features
KoreaFonts currently has no account registration, cloud bookmarks, personal information form, advertising script or visitor analytics script. This notice describes the current features and request structure and is updated when features or hosts change.
Use the request guide to report an error in this notice or request a correction or distribution change. Do not post sensitive information in a public GitHub issue.
